Prescott is a growing city that is located in central Arizona. The city has a population of just under 40,000 residents, according to 2010 Census Bureau statistics. The city is bordered by Prescott Valley and Dewey-Humboldt to the east and Chino Valley to the north. These four cities are known as the 'Quad City' area. The city is located in Yavapai County and serves as the county seat.

Prescott experiences a semi-arid climate and the city experiences all four seasons. Summers can range from warm to hot, with average temperatures of 88 degrees peaking in July.

The historic downtown area of Prescott is bustling with activity, providing guests and residents alike with an array of shops, cafes, eateries, and all sorts of activities -- from rodeos to fireworks to art exhibitions. The 'Whiskey Row' region of the city also provides a unique selection of shops and restaurants, as well as a variety of historic bars and saloons. Many local artisans and craftspeople also showcase their wares in 'Whiskey Row'.
